Working with open radioactive material can lead to contamination of persons, equipment and surfaces. Therefore, regular controls are necessary to ensure the safety of people and the environment. For contamination measurement in pipes, our pipe detectors are available with two different diameters (32 mm – 43 mm). Guide elements always define the same distance to the pipe’s inner surface. The plastic scintillation detector enables α and β/γ measurements.
