Chris Phillips is CEO and Founder of IPPSO ltd (The International Protect and Prepare Security Office) and has over 43 years experience in policing, Counter Terrorism security advising corporate, government and private clients across the world. Leading the UK’s National Counter Terrorism Security Office he developed and delivered the Counter Terrorism Crowded places strategy and led on the Protection of Hazardous Sites and Dangerous Substances.
He has extensive experience in policing and strategic counter terrorism security.
He has delivered training, run projects and operations across the world. A regular commentator for the international press, television and radio on terrorism, policing, risk, security and espionage matters. He has written numerous ‘good practice guides, made film based training courses and is frequently invited as keynote speaker at international conferences and summits.

Martyn Stanley is the Security and Civil Nuclear Sector Manager for NUVIA’s UK Products and innovation Team. Martyn has a wealth of experience with a wide range of detection technology and has provided solutions to clients with complex and challenging security requirements. Martyn has worked with a wide range of clients ranging from major events, central government, defence, blue light services, and other critical infrastructure organisations. Martyn’s role with NUVIA UK involves building detection and measurement solutions for clients who wish to mitigate the associated risk from radiological hazards or threats.
Martyn’s presentation in this webinar will focus on the practicalities of detecting radiological threats. Martyn aims to offer a balanced view of what’s possible and potential challenges when detecting radiological threats. His presentation will focus on delivering a basic level of understanding to security professionals who would like to know more about radiological detection but may not necessarily come from a scientific background.

With four years of experience, she has built key partnerships within clients in the CBRN, Military and Nuclear Power sectors across Europe . Nikola is focused on improving technologies that keep people safe in CBRN situations.
Her upcoming presentation, titled “Innovation in Detecting Radiological Threats,” will focus on NUVIA’s latest solutions for detecting radiological threats. She will explain how these innovations help identify and reduce risks, playing an important role in protecting people and enhancing security in the field of CBRN defence.
