New detectors for fuel element storage casks

Our fuel element storage casks detectors are built to measure alpha and/or beta/gamma contamination. These detectors were designed according to our customer’s specifications with effective areas of 4 x 215 cm². Other dimensions are also available like 4 x 170 cm² or 4 x 230 cm². Their typical efficiency for U-238 alpha is 28-30%.
